If you decide your rug isn’t the right fit, you may request a return within three (3) calendar days for a refund, provided the rug meets our return requirements.
After the initial three-day period, returns are no longer eligible for a refund. However, eligible rugs may be returned for store merchandise credit within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, all sales are considered final.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping, insurance, and transportation costs associated with returning an item.
If requested, our team can assist in arranging return transportation. Any applicable shipping charges may be deducted from your refund or merchandise credit.
