A striking antique Persian Bidjar rug dating to circa 1900, featuring an intricately detailed medallion design surrounded by an exceptionally rich arrangement of floral and scrolling motifs.
The composition is anchored by a deep navy field with a contrasting ivory central medallion, framed by warm red and coral tones throughout the surrounding field and borders. Accents of muted blue, soft green, rose, tan, and ivory add depth to the densely patterned design, creating the layered character associated with antique Bidjar rugs.
