A striking Kashan style rug featuring a richly saturated ruby red field centered by an elaborate navy and soft blue medallion. The composition is densely filled with scrolling vines, floral blossoms, palmettes, and delicate botanical details, creating the intricate and highly decorative character associated with classic Kashan designs.
Deep navy corner elements and a substantial floral border frame the vibrant red field, while accents of sky blue, ivory, coral, pink, green, and warm gold add depth and dimension throughout the pattern. The strong contrast between the red ground and dark border gives this piece an especially dramatic and sophisticated presence.
Measuring 11’5” x 14’2”, its generous proportions make it an excellent statement piece for a formal living room, dining room, library, or other large interior where a richly patterned traditional rug can anchor the space.
